Annealed wire: tying and forming applications
Black annealed wire and galvanised wire are not the same product.
Sources checked:Understand the Material
Annealed wire is drawn wire heat-treated for tying and forming applications. İMC’s range includes black annealed wire. Annealing and galvanising are different processes; a black appearance is not a coating-performance class.
Rather than assuming a universal tensile or elongation value, check the supplied wire’s diameter, annealing condition and technical documentation. Where outdoor corrosion protection is required, select an appropriate surface treatment separately.

Applications & Selection Notes
Tying and forming work. The wire must not automatically be substituted for structural reinforcement.
