This notice describes cookies and similar browser technologies used on the Alya Steel Service Centre website.
ESSENTIAL SESSION COOKIE
ALYASESSID is a first-party cookie used for session integrity, form security and administration-panel sign-in. Its default lifetime is the browser session; browser session-restoration settings may affect this. HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax settings are used, with the Secure flag applied over HTTPS. The cookie is not used for marketing.
OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
This version does not install first-party advertising or visitor-analytics cookies. When Google Fonts resources are used, the browser connects to a third-party server; a font request does not automatically indicate an advertising cookie. If the company film uses an external provider such as YouTube or Cloudflare, the provider’s technologies may become active after the play button is pressed. Current local MP4 playback does not require an external video provider.
ACCESSIBILITY PREFERENCES
Your text size, contrast, motion and display preferences selected in the Accessibility Centre are stored in your browser’s local storage under alya-accessibility. This record is not a cookie. It remembers your preferences in the same browser and is not sent to the server by this feature. It is not automatically deleted at the end of a session. You can reset your preferences or clear the browser’s site data.
YOUR CHOICES
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookie may prevent forms and sign-in from working. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, they must not be activated before the required information and preference controls are in place.
