Identity and contact information, company and enquiry details, submitted technical files and transaction-security data may be collected electronically through web forms. IP hashes and session information may be processed for security; infrastructure access logs may be retained by the service provider.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS
Responding to contact and quotation enquiries may fall under Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698 where directly related to entering into or performing a contract. Processing necessary for establishing, exercising or protecting a right may fall under Article 5(2)(e). Necessary security processing supported by a balancing assessment and not prejudicing fundamental rights and freedoms may fall under Article 5(2)(f). Processing required by a legal obligation may fall under Article 5(2)(ç). Processing conditions are assessed according to the nature of the enquiry and the purpose of the relevant activity. This notice does not replace explicit consent.
DISCLOSURE
Disclosure to authorised staff, hosting and email providers, and legally authorised bodies may occur within the relevant purpose and necessity. Where international transfers take place, the current requirements of Article 9 must also be met; this text is not permission for or a guarantee of international transfers.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under Article 11, you may learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about processing; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn the recipients; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion or destruction where legal conditions apply; request notification of relevant actions to recipients; object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

A privacy notice is not the same as explicit consent; submitting a contact form does not constitute marketing consent.
