HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
Submit requests under Turkish Law No. 6698 using the methods set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller. Written requests: Yıldırım Beyazıt Mah. Özkul Çolak Cad. No:31/5, Payas / Hatay.
EMAIL CHANNEL

Formal email requests must satisfy the Communiqué’s conditions, including the requirement to use an email address previously supplied to the company and registered in its system. Electronic requests must meet the identity-verification and submission conditions prescribed by legislation.
REQUIRED INFORMATION
Provide your name, a signature for a written request, the identity information required by legislation, an address for notification, email / telephone details where available, and a clear description of your request. Include supporting information and documents only to the extent necessary. Identity verification should not request excessive data. Do not upload sensitive documents to the general website contact form.
ASSESSMENT
Requests are concluded as soon as possible according to their nature and no later than thirty days. The principle of free assessment and the tariff set by the Board where the process incurs additional cost apply.
