Sinusoidal corrugated sheet is galvanised or pre-painted sheet formed into a wave profile. Profile number, thickness and material grade describe different properties. Check the manufacturer’s profile drawing and effective-width table.
In Selim Tiritoğlu’s 18/76 example, a 1,200 mm input width gives 990 mm effective coverage. Different lines or overlap arrangements may produce a different net width. The exact weight of profiled sheet cannot be determined from a flat-sheet calculation using net coverage alone.
