Cold-rolled steel sheet: processing and surface properties

Annealed versus full-hard sheet, DC grades and surface options.

Understand the Material

DKP is a commercial term used in Türkiye for cold-rolled sheet; it is not a single grade code. Tatmetal describes its annealed CR products as cleaned, annealed, temper-rolled and oiled. Full-hard / CRF products are not annealed; their higher strength means they do not provide the same forming behaviour.

The manufacturer catalogue lists DC01, DC03, DC04 and DC05 under EN 10130. For deep drawing, grade, surface condition and oiling must be considered together.
